FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How does auto-assignment work?
A. We calculate a score from three factors—track record (60%), availability (40%), and series experience—then automatically send an offer to the best candidate. If declined or expired, the next candidate is offered automatically.
Q. What is AI used for?
A. AI is used for glossary POS/domain auto-detection, proofreading suggestions, and deal text analysis. Note: talent matching uses formula-based scoring, not machine learning models.
Q. How far does automated QC go?
A. It automatically checks characters per line, characters per second (CPS), and Thai diacritics-aware character counts. Glossary term matching is also automated. Final approval is done by a manager.
Q. Does it support freelance protection law and invoice system compliance?
A. Dedicated compliance features are not yet available. We provide condition management, invoice generation, and agreement management, but automated legal checks (60-day payment tracking, qualified invoice number verification, etc.) are planned for future releases.
Q. What notification channels are available?
A. Three channels: in-app notifications, email (via Postmark with 5-minute delay), and Slack integration. Notifications cover 5 types (system/task/comment/mention/marketing) × 4 scopes (individual/all/role/project).
Q. Does invoicing support multiple currencies?
A. Yes. We support 6 currencies: JPY, THB, USD, EUR, HKD, and SGD. Generate client invoices, member payslips, and purchase orders in PDF/Excel. Note: payment processing (actual transfers) requires an external system.
Q. Can I migrate from existing Excel/email workflows?
A. Yes. CSV import is supported for gradual migration. The series batch creation wizard can also bulk-import episode data from CSV and SRT files.
Q. Does it integrate with internal systems?
A. Currently integrates with Box.com (file management), Postmark (email), and Slack (webhook notifications). Enterprise integrations like accounting software (freee/MoneyForward) and SSO/SAML are planned for the future.
